Though cute Sigrid was found abandoned by authorities, she was confident and curious around humans from the start. She is progressing quickly with her ground training. She stands well for the farrier and has very healthy hooves.
Sigrid gets along well with her current mixed herd of geldings and mares. She loves laying down the law when young hotshot colts are introduced to the mix. She is inquisitive and friendly, and is ready to find her forever person. She’d love a job that takes advantage of her low center of gravity, agility, and bold personality - perhaps working cows?
Our trainers are continuing to refine Sigrid’s ground skills and she has moved on to saddle training. Follow her progress under saddle; she’s not one to miss!
