This spunky sorrel gelding was found wandering in Belen as a stallion with multiple scars and lesions throughout his body. He has since recovered well and has made a nice transition to a well-adjusted, friendly gelding who loves attention and grooming.

Pirate loads in a trailer easily and enjoys tackling the obstacles around the ranch while displaying no fear at all. He’s recently been started under saddle and has done very well on his first several rides as you can see in the two videos below. We have high aspirations for this cute guy.
