Grade Mare
Born: April 2018
Arrival: December 2019
14.1 hands

Noel was a joyful Christmas arrival for the ranch in 2018. She arrived as a very young abandoned filly covered in burs and with very overgrown hooves. Since then, Noel has grown into a beautiful mare and has proven to be very easy to handle.
In fact, she's often used for our beginner ranch hand classes. She is charming, engaging, and is very people-oriented. She picks up her feet for the farrier, leads, lunges, loads well in a trailer, and has been desensitized to many items and sounds including in-hand obstacles, fly spray and masks. She has even begun learning how to pull a cart. Noel has quite the sense of humor; she likes to tip wheelbarrows, help with mucking and pull Velcro tabs.
Because of her young age, Noel can be trained in any type of discipline and has a sturdy confirmation well suited for a future trail or ranch horse.
