Gypsy is a tall grade thoroughbred type mare. She was found wandering alone along a road in Los Lunas, NM and has been with us since she was a yearling. She has extremely long and weak pasterns so she’s available as a companion horse only as this condition could worsen with consistent riding.
She is friendly and easy to halter. She is attentive when engaged but can get distracted by her surroundings. Gypsy needs a strong leader as she can be stubborn, but she gets along very well with both geldings and mares.
