Lovely Ella is one of four estrays who were among a large herd abandoned by the Continental Divide near Cuba, NM and found by the New Mexico Livestock Board. Several New Mexico rescue organizations pitched in and took all the horses in the herd. They were all scared and recovering from minor wounds.
But life has made a wonderful turnaround for Ella. After several months in our care, this lucky girl was selected to be trained offsite at the Monty Roberts Training Facility in Solvang, CA. Watch her progress here!
