Cowboy is one of four donkeys who came to us as part of a large seizure by the New Mexico Livestock Board. He was a fairly healthy weight when he came to us, but his feet were extremely overgrown.
Our trainers and volunteers are working hard to help him overcome his shyness and he’s come a long way. He can now be caught and led, but this 210 pound guy can still have a streak of stubborness. He just needs his own family to get him out of his shell.
