Carter was seized by state authorities due to severe neglect. Though he has a racing tattoo, he doesn’t seem to have started any races.
Carter has a very sweet personality and is doing well on his rehabilitation journey. He has regained a healthy weight and is receiving corrective farrier work. He has completed his ground training, which includes round pen work and trailer loading, and has recently begun refresher rides under saddle.
