Found wandering with her filly, Sienna, west of Albuquerque, Sahara has proven to be a proud and protective mare who has a tendency to be reactive around her handlers. Our trainers have worked extensively with her in the round pen to gain her trust.
Since her arrival she has become much easier to catch and halter. She even stood well for the farrier to trim her front hooves. Watch for updates on this gorgeous buckskin.
